Top list of supplements to take daily

As some of you may know, I’m former first responder in mental health, and taking care of my mental wellbeing was and continues to be my priority. I’ll explain shortly why some or similar product I chose in terms of ingredients and main purpose for mental health, and what each supplement does for well-being. So here it comes.

My number one is Fish oil. I take it religiously liquid form ideally, if I’m on the go or travel, than it will be in capsules. Here are couple of them I trust and use.

Why fish oil? Benefits: quality fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which offers numerous benefits for brain health. D3 K2 is my next number one, you can lough, yes, and it’s my number one as well. Even thou I live in a sunny state, I take a bit less during summer, and more during the rest of the year, because list of the benefits is huge.

Benefits: Vitamin D plays big role in mental health and brain function, supporting neurology, as well physical health. It suggested taking D3 with K2 for better absorption. B complex is my next go to on the top of my list. My ideal is liquid or methylfolate form for the best absorption.

B complex. What is great about this one is organic and in liquid form, meaning no harmful additives. We do need combination of Bs not only for energy, of course it’s important, but also for brain, heart, nerves support. Moreover, if you like carbs, like I do.. guilty.. then you need it even more so. Why? Carbs, especially made with white flower deplete our bodies from vitamin B. One among others important reasons make sure to have good quality, good absorption and have it regularly.

Creatine goes on the list among priorities and used daily. I do it with my morning smoothies. It’s great for cellular energy, muscle support and recovery and brain performance. On a personal note, I started and stopped it in past. While I felt physical performance was growing, but my tammy didn’t like it at all, even with top brand and top quality. After doing my research and seeing how much good creatine does even for brain performance longevity, I gave another go. This time, I choose to try to use it under different angel, and it works really well. Now I use it in my morning smoothie normally with adding (this is the trick that made a difference for me) adding a bit of good fats. For example, I’m adding a few nuts or seeds. It tastes good, fish oil if it goes in my smoothie could be absorbed better, and my tummy happy. I definitely see performance changing every day, more stamina and more easy to finish my day strong.

Next one for me a must is Magnesium. Magnesium Glycinate among different form is on my list priorities. Why Magnesium Glycinate (Bisglycinate the same thing).

Benefits. Magnesium support a lot of different things, among some of them supports better sleep (after regular use I started sleep better through the night and more at easy to fall asleep), works on legs cramps (mine are gone after regular use), supports heart and digestive system, bolsters energy, defense against muscle soreness.
